Community Mobilization on Education for all

AYODA has been carrying out community mobilization on education for all for the last ten years; the main objective of this program is to enhance community mobilization on education for all, facilitating education access to marginalized IDP/returnees youth/children.

AYODA organizes annual education campaigns, literacy days and provides flexible Alternative Basic Education to Agro-pastoral children living seven different settlements in Awdal region. And gives free NFE to IDP girls and children in Borama district. Also the organization conducts NFE supporting coordination meetings quarterly.

The organization has received assistance in the above programs of the vocational training, community mobilization and non-formal education from the following agencies: CARE INT, AET, UNICEF, NRC and UNIDO.

To promote sustainable development through community-based socio-economic empowerment targeting vulnerable youth, women, children, pastoralists, and people with disabilities while responding to environmental and climate change challenges in Somaliland.

A country where the youth, women, children, pastoralists, and people with disabilities respond to the causes and effects of vulnerable and poverty.
